Army Ant Gear - A line of Alivan Industries Weaponry, Armour, Tech and Serums

The Army Ant line of weaponry, armour and other tech are Alivan Industries's secondary source of income, off the books.

It's also partially re-diverted to keeping the Dark Shroud's troops well armed and armoured to keep their operations going.

Red Ant Gear focuses on more open warfare and combat in instances where stealth is not an option. The weapons are typically made to kill with no concessions for humane methods. Radiation poisoning is one of the many ways their victims die by. The other way would be getting fried to death before ever hitting the ground. Most Red Ant Gear will use either a Bio Solution (solution being death), Battery Cells for more compact tech, or Mini-Reactors for the larger mechanical war machines. The Scarabs, Crustacians, Scorpions and Dragonflies Warhart and Pheramone are users of Red Ant Gear. Or in the case of the Scorpion, IS Red Ant Gear.

Black Ant Gear focuses on more covert combat situations. This means they have to be as undetectable and as disassociated as much as possible. That means they can't have clear identifying ties to either the Dark Shroud or their employers, wether it be their gear or ammunition. For this reason, Black Ant gear is far more basic than the Red Ant Gear. It also has a wide variety of stealth based technology. From a radiation cape to bend light, to blastic alloy compounds capable of forming weaponry and light armour plates that can no only bypass metal detectors but shield their metallic rounds inside their plastic clips. One of their best inventions however would be their spidersilk armour. using artifically created spidersilk threads weaved into extremly light and flexible armour that can take the shape of civilian clothing or combat uniforms that can shield against ballistic projectiles of small arms fire and shrapnel. The Widower is a user of Black Ant Gear.

Alivan Pharmeceudicals focuses mainly on providing serums that enhance the human body to superhuman levels. The two most common of these being the Venom Serum which provides a temporary but massive boost, granting muscle mass increase, resistant green hide, extreme regeneration, extreme bone density, and raised baser instincts. It however has side effects of 10% of abilities kept after Venom leaves the system every use. A growing craving for blood as body changes.

The second serum that came after was the Ant Serum which is a more toned down version to be used by the Dark Swarm members in preperation for their Nanite Armour. It's abilities are, touch biolelectricity, regeneration, superhuman physique, and increased bone density. These abilities while seemily magnificent aren't nearly as powerful as some of the permanent mutations, as the Ant Serum is required to be delivered on a regular basis to keep these lesser abilities active. It is also highly addictive. This was designed to help keep these new soldiers in check once they achieved their new powers.
