What I got from that was.

- PvP based on day to day missions.

- Items and stat pieces with customization looks.

- DC knockoffs built into character creator.
While I like this idea for Green Lantern / Synestro Corps, how many Batmen and Supermen CORPS will there be?
Will there be a Batman/Superman free server? I think we'll need a few.

- Voice chat or no chat from mixing PS3 and PC. don't really mind this one, don't expect me to listen though.

Looks like we get 8 powers in a tray from the trident girl vids. But the ice pistoleer points to 4 'active' powers in a 'loadout'.

So it looks like we get a wide range of powers, but can only set a small amount to 'useable' / 'active' at a time.

When he was held there was a hold timer bar. Wether he had to break it himself or just wait it out is yet to be seen.

Earth and staff powers. Two powers that are commonly requested. They still don't have the staff in CoX.

Charon will be thrilled. Until he realizes once he plays it, that he doesn't like using a staff, lmao.

i actually thought we had 12 powers, attack, defence and buff loads...unless the buff one is a mixture of attack and defence which would make it 8 again.

Looks like they're going down the "limited number of powers in a tray" route too. Very, very sad, is all I can say. The powers look interesting at least.

Yup. 4 powers to a tray. They're using the Roles system too, but their's seem a lot more intuitive and in-sync with the genre. When you switch Roles, your powers do too. It just doesn't change your stats and leaves you with the same powers. So if you're going from Defensive mode to Offensive, Offensive powers will load into the tray. It also looks as if you can switch them on the fly at any time.

Honestly, DCUO is looking to be a lot more fun. I don't see any exclaimation points or question marks over contact heads. That already is a winner for me.

yeah i heard your contacts will be the likes of oracle or some other character in the DC world that tells you of a mission.
