Powers: What is known of Stratagem, is that he is the Degaden of Will, and using genetic manipulation, he has greatly enhanced his inherent Will-powers, resulting in an innumerable amount of possibilities that his power could be applied to. In their most basic form, he has the powers of Telekinesis, Telepathy, and sheer willpower.

Telekinesis: His telekinetic Power is vast; He can, potentially, lift the Statue of Liberty, drilling rigs, castles, and bridges-though not simultaneously. He can also apply it in concentrated doses, like tearing and reassembling molecules, opening holes to pocket dimensions, and even deconstructing and reconstructing atoms to different locations: Teleportation. He can create force in any number of shapes, similar to hard-light constructs, and with intense concentration can even make an object out of pure force: an object that, for all intents and purposes is real. He has yet to perfect this technique, and it is theorized that even his immense power may not be enough to make anything long lasting.

Telepathy: Stratagem has the capability to read minds: Many, many minds, and as deep in the subconscious as is possible. He can send waves, similar to echolocation, of psychic energy that help him locate specific minds, and since this doesn't require searching within a mind (it's the telepathic equivalent of looking at a face), he can search entire cities and small countries in the space of an hour. He can also manipulate minds using Telepathy, such as turning off the signals for specific emotions, altering or stopping neural pulses, or emitting harmful mental waves that cause intense pain. He can also take control of a person in this way, in many different ways, ranging from a slow, creeping psionic suggestion implantation that can take months to take control, or a quick, total domination in a split second. The first is his most effective form: the subject is totally unaware of the control, his will is totally destroyed when the take over is complete, and he may even die if the control is broken. The second is harder to maintain, as it merely smothers the subject's mind, and the subject usually knows that he was controlled.

Force of Will: While whether Stratagem is one of the strongest known psychics cannot be determined, his will is undoubtedly one of the greatest of any being. It is so strong it produces a mind over matter effect, allowing him to not only ignore pain completely but to also to ignore injury itself, allowing his body to function purely on his will to live (though it is doubtful that he would be able to survive total destruction; Without a body, he simply wouldn't be able to keep his consciousness alive for more than a few minutes). On top of this, he can even focus on more than one task at a time, the limit of these mental separations however, is unknown. It is enough however, that he can focus on controlling a small army (though they think independently, lightening his mental load), control air and water molecules to create tornado inducing weather, and plot his next plan with the efficiency he would have if he focused on each individually.

His most strange and dangerous power is his ability to drain the Will of a being. He can literally take the psychic energy of any being capable of thought, and add it to his own will. The result kills the organism, as it has no will to fuel it's body, and it permanently strengthens Stratagem. So far, he has absorbed thousands of minds, and it is theorized that this is how he eventually reached the level of power that he has now.

Abilities: Stratagem has a vast amount of scientific knowledge, stemming from his own intelligence and from reading the minds of other scientists and piecing together scientific conclusions, like a hive mind. He also has a mental calculator that work more efficiently than modern super computers, a superhuman level of intelligence, and various other mental quirks, like a photographic memory. He is an expert at predicting the next move of his enemies, even without Telepathy, and has on several occasions nearly succeeded on taking over a piece of the world (though, due to his nature and his ability to wipe memories via Telepathy, these attempts are unknown save for the heroes directly involved in them).

Psychological Profile: He is very confident in his abilities, though he is logical enough to realize when he is defeated. His entire goal is focused on, and entirely dependent on, the eventual take over of the globe. He has a firm belief that he is destined to one day unite the entire world using his mind, and he even stores the entire experiences and personalities of the minds he's already absorbed in order to save them for when he completes this unification. He is a sociopath, in that no one and nothing affects him emotionally; If anything, he considers people to be a source of entertainment, and he is never angered by their attempts to stop him. Stratagem is also obsessive about his plans; He constantly puts them through a variety of scenarios multiple times, and makes backup plans to combat flaws. He also has no faith in machines; He has a computer which only has his genetic code and total mental profile downloaded inside of it, and in the event of his death, is programmed to make a clone of him. However, he controls every single aspect of his plans within his mind, making sure there is no intelligent machine that could turn on him. Though he denies it, it is believed that he is scared of machines because they are not affected by his mind control, and is terrified of variables in general: He always wants to know exactly what is going on with his plans. In the end, there is no way to change Stratagem's ways. He will stop at nothing to unite the world's minds, and defeat for him is only a setback: Stratagem must die for his threat to be eliminated.
