A shield / sun / wall chest emblem of some kind. Possibly gold metal shoulders, gauntlets and greeves with silver trimmings. But just as well could be more leather/tights. Pant legs most likely white as well make the chest stand out. Quite possibly no cape or protections at all, but purely some kind of thick uniform, leaning towards a combative military regime style (a sign of darker times to come kinda thing).
